PRW-50series feature easy-to-read Arabic numeral dials.Hour, minute and second hands are designed for high visibility, a matte dial reduces glare, and depressions in the Arabic numerals are embedded with luminescent material for the ultimate in easy analog readability.
The Dura Soft band provides a comfortable fit, even in low temperatures.
Function-wise, these models feature Triple Sensor Version 3 with highly accurate sensors that perform direction, barometric pressure, temperature, and altitude measurement. A solar power system provides a stable supply of power, while MULTIBAND 6 automatically adjusts time settings based on reception of one of six time calibration signals around the globe. Second buy from Seiyajapan.
First was a beautiful Seiko automatic movement, second (and present one) is a Casio Pro Trek PRW-50Y solar-powered and radio-controlled.
As usual, lightening fast delivery : order confirmed on monday, parcel available for pickup on thursday. Four days from Japan to France !
Pro trek box was intact, watch was pristine, delivered by DHL (with french duty taxes : ~120€ for a 350€ watch...).
My advice : don't try DHL delivery to your door. Go for a walk / a ride to DHL warehouse and get it yourself : it's safer and faster !

This Casio is a wonderful watch. The alignment of the hands is perfect. The watch is light, not large for an ABC watch, and it's extremely legible, very similar to my Sinn watches in that regard. It's a fantastic travel watch, and I'm very pleased with it.
