Buying from Italy - Great customer experience, couldn't be better!

Buying from Seiya was a great experience! Online pricing was competitive and included shipping costs. This is appreciated because customs duties (in Italy) are calculated including them. Customer service was extremely fast in answering questions by e-mail, warned me about customs duties and was quite accurate in their estimation. Shipment via DHL was very fast (three days) and the parcel was delivered one day earlier than anticipated. DHL offers a great service for clearing customs. The watch comes in the manufacturer package which is packaged by Seiya in an additional box and plastic bag for shipment. Their packaging was the most accurate I've ever seen in my life! Overall, service was on par with what you'd expect from the likes of Amazon but with the extra care only small businesses can provide. The watch is simply gorgeous and a great value for the money (even including Italian duties at about 22%!).
