There is a Grand Seiko production plant in Shizukuishi town, Iwate prefecture.
Surrounded by splendid nature, this is a beautiful place that has a different flavor for each of the four seasons.

I think it is supposed to represent the refreshing young leaves & sky at the start of summer in Shizukui town.
