Very happy with the watch! It's a great size and wears very well. The bracelet is easy to size with friction pins. I guess my only complaint would be that there is only one micro-adjust hole and no half-links, so it might be difficult to get a perfect fit depending on your wrist size.

Beautiful watch. Fits my 6.25inch wrist nicely. Get’s compliments. This is the second watch I bought from Seiya Japan. Shipping is fast to Canada. I highly recommend.

The shark tooth indices, red lettering, and black dial all have special places in the Seiko Alpinist historical archives. Add the cyclops lens, anti-reflective coating under the sapphire, and excellent metal bracelet to the package and you have a true classic. I believe this version of the Alpinist will become known as one of the all time best. This is my second watch purchase from SeiyaJapan and was a pleasure to deal with again.

Good service. Fast shipping and great watch. The Alpinist is great, but it is smaller than the Prospex dive watches, and looks like it.

I have purchased multiple watches from seiya-san since 2014. I don’t think it’s possible to receive a purchase from Japan to the US any faster- amazingly quick shipping!! His prices are fair compared to other JDM sellers i.e. Amazon, but he does not allow returns, so choose carefully before purchase

Just received this watch from Sieya Japan. First, Seiya is an absolute pleasure to do business with. The watch was fairly priced and perfectly described. Shipping was amazingly quick-ordered on a Saturday and it was on my wrist in Florida by the following Wednesday. Fantastic service. So far the watch has performed perfectly. Keeps accurate time and wears extremely well on the wrist. A real winner from Seiko. I hope to one day acquire a vintage Alpinist but this will do very nicely until then. Will be testing it in the Colorado Rockies soon.
